Deloitte - HR ROUND

Hello Everyone,

I have completed my manager round recently in Deloitte and received a PHP link to complete all my required details and few documents like self dec, payslip, recent hike letter etc and it is done.

Can anyone let me know what is the next step and if we will have a HR round or just a phone call to negotiate and if they give 100% hike?

My current CTC is 7.1LPA and in expected I have put 15LPA and when HR asked initially before interviews I said 14LPA.

They will call you before releasing offer letter. You can still negotiate or you can call them and discuss.

If they agreed for 14 initially they have budget for at least 16-17 LPA but still they will try to negotiate lower salary after clearing the interview rounds. If you have another offer or in pipeline that u can mention about that to negotiate higher salary.
But don't be greedy
