Deloitte hr ghosted me

After clearing all 3 technical rounds, HR called me and said they cant give more than 30 to 35% on my existing fixed component.

I demanded more as I need to survive in banglore with lot of personal commitments.

HR didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my missed call.

So I gave up, as I'm not a beggar. I know I could have taken the offer and bargained outside but chose to stay where I'm paid and treated better.
