Deloitte - How is the organisation hierarchy structured?

There are roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, etc etc..And then there are roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant etc etc. How is the Product culture in these companies (Big4)? (while these are not product companies, they do have product teams)

I can speak for Deloitte. It is a huge organisation. It has Tax department, auditing, consulting. These are not essentially product driven. They are out and out client driven.
As far as structure is concerned, you got a director-associate director-manager-assistant manager(which is both consultant and senior consultant). Below these is analyst role.
