Hi all, I gave three round of interview with HR being last round.

The status in portal changed from interview in progress to review in progress

It has been 12 days now and I haven’t heard back from any HR yet and they won’t answer my calls and emails

Are there any chances of my selection?

Was your salary expectation in line with your earlier conversation with HR?
Ideally they take a week before releasing offer but the HR who would have contacted you are external/ contract HRs.
You can reply to all HRs looped in that email one of them may respond.
