Deloitte Full stack senior developer

Hi guys, I recently got an offer from deloitte as a full stack developer senior analyst in the product engineering team(internal project). I am currently working in accenture, and my ctc is 7.1lpa for 4.6 years of experience. Deloitte offered me 14.96ctc.

Anybody from the product engineering team, how is the work there as FTE, what is the shift timing, what's expected from a senior analyst, and any internal things that I need to know.

also, my primary skill is dot net, but i noticed that 80% of questions in my interview were about AI and GenAI. what's going on internally? are there any genai integrations happening?
