Got a job offer from deloitte(SOC/SIEM role) but it is on C2H (contract to hire) payroll, is it worth taking the job? What are the chances of conversion to full time employee?

Don't! Not even on Deloitte payroll. Everyone I know who joined Deloitte (to work on SIEM) got frustrated and left in a few months.
