Deloitte Benchmarking

Hi All,

I am fine with the HR round for consultant role in Deloitte and they have agreed with my salary expectation. The HR told me that my benchmarking process is still not complete and it's been 1 week. What is benchmarking process and how long does this process take to complete and when should I take a follow up with the HR?
