8moDeloitte annual hike amount and period
I received an offer at Deloitte but the recruiter is giving less than the ask and saying the yearly hike at Deloitte is 10-15%.
Is this true? In Mastercard also I have colleagues who received less than 10%.
One more question -Druring which period is the variable and year end high applicable?

Yes hikes in Deloitte are more than 10% atleast
My last 4 years hikes are
2022 15%
2023 38%
2024 28%
2025 30%
Variable pay every time more than 14%
I joined as a campus Hire stated with 6lpa fixed now its above 15lpa every year i had strong to exceptional ratings
Hikes usually depends upon your current salary how much they sre offering
