Deloitte 90-Day Notice Period Buyout – How Does It Work?
Folks from Deloitte — I’m on a 90-day notice period. If another company offers a notice buyout.
1. how much do we usually need to pay Deloitte? 2. do they generally accept buyouts or insist on full NP?

Your 1 Mnth salary is usually the buy out amount, so if buying 3 months than your 3 months salary it is. It depends on your manager if he is letting you then everything's fine otherwise you have to serve your np.
