Deloitte- Final Round Completed - executed CTC

Hello,

I recently completed a final round of interviews with the director, but the compensation was not discussed. Is this a common practice?

I have 8 years of experience and my current salary with the company is for 28LPA (with a fixed salary of 22LPA). If I am successful in this round, what is a reasonable range for compensation that I could request from HR?
