Deloitte - Notice period buyout, anyone had success?

Hey everyone, I wanted to check if anyone here has experience with notice period buyout in Deloitte. Officially, the policy mentions a 3-month notice, but I’m looking to see if there’s any flexibility. I’m currently staffed on a project that’s expected to wrap up close to that 3-month mark. Ideally though, I’d like to exit earlier for next offer, like between 45 to 60 days.

My main questions:

Does the company allow buyout of notice period easily?

How strict are managers/HR in enforcing the full 3 months?

Any tips on how to approach this tactfully without burning bridges?
