Trending @Accenture; Delloite India or Accenture ACTI better place to work as SAP technical consultant..?

Any specific reasons..?

Though I got only 4% rise in Accenture. I am working in Accenture with SAP as SR DevOps engineer, I will recommend Accenture because it has very good work life balance. I am working on the best tools available in the market .
Deloitte or any other big 4 will be gonna take make you ash pain .
