Delivery Module Lead at Mphasis

What are the roles and responsibilities for the delivery module lead in Mphasis? I have 5 years of experience and have been given the role of Senior Software Engineer L4 with a package of 20 LPA, including 5% variable. My current CTC is 8.5 LPA, with a 10% variable included.
