delivery manager salary in tcs senior level package
Folks, got offered Delivery Manager role in TCS Pune Internally. 10 YOE, 24 LPA CTC. Grapevine shows higher range. Am I being lowballed?
24 LPA for a 10 YOE DM sounds low. Ppl with this exp usually get btwn 28-32 LPA, esp in demanding domains.
Depends on domain. Banking pays more than retail etc.
Push for joining bonus or retention bonus.
