Delivery leads mails me to meet me as I am unallocated. Forcing me to join the project

I got an email regarding me to meet them on monday afternoon. They have a set of gang to negotiate and threaten a fresher to join their project. The last time I met them they forced me to project and I did go as they told me they will take hr action against me. Now I have been told to meet them on monday, shall I meet them or wait for other project calls?

You should go but dnt join if you feel it's not good, ask them to give you some time as you are waiting for a project which will meet your aspirations incase it's a more than around 2 months on bench then you should accept as Rmg can take any action

Only 3 days, No worries if u are soft they will do more , assume there will be strict Client evaluation & pressure from leadership to map associates to requirements. Pls Don't fall in trap. Face them as they are not going to leave you.

Just report to that management and if that isn't matching with your requirements just say no and explain the reason for the same if asked..Move on by continuing your search until you get the desired project. ..

As long as there isn't won from that account get tagged , u r not part of that project .. tell them , ur aspiration is different and u have time to find a project .. deal directly with RMG , u don't need to respond to project call if u feel irrelevant

Don’t go if they are doing this in start of project then think what will be condition when you join the project
