Delhivery vs Paytm offer comparison
Hi all, I need help in deciding which org to join.
position - SDE YoE - ~1 year (+10 months internship) passout - 2024 (tier 2/3 college) current ctc - 8 LPA (all fixed)
Delhivery offered ctc - 12 LPA(all fixed) location - Gurugram work mode - 5D WFO
Paytm offered ctc - 13 LPA(fixed) + 1/1.5L bonus location - Noida work mode - 5D WFO
I am based out of Delhi(closer to paytm office). Travelling 5D to Gurugram would be hectic for me.
I would like advice in deciding which offer to accept. Since I'm still in early stage of my career, I am looking for growth and better work. But at the same time I think for growth better WLB is important(helps in staying sane).

Don't join Paytm. They lure you for esops and variables and then delay and cancel it putting it on performance. They will literally treat you like a slave running for an apple. No self respect in this company, no job security, no satisfactory work, after a few months you will be in a situation to find anything to do. The company is running in maintenance mode.
