Delhi right now seems to be straight out of some Hollywood dystopian Sci fi movie. But then who cares?
Air, water, land, sky everything is polluted.
Netas and Babus have their Air purifiers, luxury cars, won't have to take a dip in the polluted Yamuna, nor pass by those garbage landfills.
And this ain't an election issue for them to lose sleep over.
The ones worst affected by pollution just seems to have adopted a "Seh lenge thoda sa" attitude much like how Mumbaikars have accepted travelling in cattle class conditions in local trains.
Only way I see is that Delhites come out on streets and protest the way they did after the 2012 gang rape.
People who have been in Delhi NCR all their lives, aren't even worried.

I have been living here all my life in Delhi and worried and nearby my home it's quite less than Delhi average but still, now I take these things seriously earlier i was casual about them.

It's 450 right now here in Noida. Literally can't see anything outside my balcony. And don't even get me started on the whole day , how it is. Politicians will not do anything and we as public won't come out because of a number of reasons. Really, no one cares here. I have seen people roaming around without masks like they have accepted it and won't even try to take precautions by themselves. 🤦🏻♂️

I agree, but this is the situation for lot of tier 1 cities. And it is not fault of ministers any more than it's of us for electing them to power on basis of religion, speech quality, caste etc.
Also, no one "has" to take a dip in Yamuna. No one is forcing anyone to do so!
