Just stop, deincentivise or stagger the stubble burning. All these other initiatives are alright but not impactful enough.

Do you they will now blame the Punjab govt. Since now they have their own govt there?

Something is better than nothing. Odd even (although temporary), Cracker ban has worked brilliantly to tackle pollution. Kejriwal is an IITian and he takes scientific decisions. Under him Delhi’s infra (Delhi metro is the best in India and roads are excellent) has improved so much and pollution is a fraction of what it was before. Hopefully he will be the PM by June 2024!

If he somehow regresses the stubble burning in Neighbouring states, it's a win, else 'Atleast you tried cake'.

Delhi pollution is majorly due to stubble burning in Punjab. His party runs the govt in Punjab
All the measures he listed will not do anything beyond giving the impression of 'we are tying our best' The elephant in the room needs to be addressed. Unless the stubble burning is prohibited, Delhi aqi ain't gonna improve

NCR pollution is mainly due to stubble burning during October-november. It can only be improved by making the farmers adopt a different method then just burning that shit up

I don't know anything.

Just that him starting this in September, 4 months before the smog peaks in January says that is a proactive step. That ain't the sign of desperate attention-seeking politician, that is some good planning and strategy.
