Delhi a shitty place to be in

TBH I moved to Delhi due to work requirements and for the past 2 weeks water timing has been changed, Electricity gets cut at night just before 10 - 20 mins before current water timing i.e 12:00 at night. Whole areas power has been going off and still no one bothers to complain or asked the authorities. The landlord doesn't wanna know about it or can't do anything about it and roads are the worst tbh stalls can be placed on footpaths which won't be that much of an issue but almost half streets are covered and no-one is bothered with it. Mumbai mein municipality g maar deti logo ki tbh. Drivers are fucking assholes and scums no matter if they have to take the wrong lane they'll do it regardless of the road conditions. I'm disappointed to see how so many people are facing the issues but nobody wants to face the reality and ask questions.
