Trending @Cognizant; Delayed PA to A promotion

Hi Everyone,

I have a 4 YEA rating and I have been working with the same client since August, 2022 to March,2024. But due to a sudden ramp down in the project I got released in the PDP. I was there for about 2 months. Recently in June I got into my new project. Here I am having Billability from Cognizant but don't have a Client billability i.e, I use to fill the ESA timesheet as billable but the PPM timesheet as non billable. Please let me know if I can get a promotion in October or not? I would have got it in July only but the fate turned out to be ....🙂
