Trending @HCL; Delayed Appraisals
This year I notice that people have become much more patient. At this time last year, there was a lot of chaos, both internally and externally. Now it feels like everyone has gotten used to the situation.
Because of this, I am worried that management and HR will take advantage of the silence and delay things again next year. It already feels like they have skipped one full year of appraisals, and people are just accepting it.
What you all think on this???
People did not become patient they just lost hope from HCL.
Those who raised the voice left the company
I have never seen such a terrible management, who are hesitant to pay a raise to hardworking employees.
HCL is not good in such cases Companies are deliberately doing such thing , they expect one side loyalty. switch to maintain inflation adjusted pay then you are not stable employees, but root cause is no inflation adjustment in pay year after year .
