How to ask new employer to delay joining?
My current notice period is 90 days and I have received a joining date of 60 days. How should I explain to HR to extend my joining by 30 more days and when should I inform them about the same?
What would be the best reason to delay joining? And is it better to tell a next employer you need extra time before or after receiving a job offer? Ans how much max can be delay.
