Anyone from Infosys, has it happened to you that the HR meeting was scheduled but didnt happen....if so was it rescheduled later or cancelled?

On 7th there is a managerial round but no one had joined interview panel what will be next step from Infosys I already dropped mail to talent and hr team
My interview with Accenture got rescheduled 3 times with no prior notice. I waited for 30 min to 1 hr each time and the interviewer didn't join!! Neither was there any call from HR nor did they reply back to mail for an update.
