Delay in Increment 2026

Last year, we were informed that the hike would be balanced since our basic salary remained unchanged and the increment was provided as a lump sum.

Recently, we received communication stating that the increment will now be effective from July, citing government-related changes as the reason. This effectively results in a loss of two months’ increment for us.

It also appears that policies are being aligned post the GfK–NIQ transition, which is resulting in a disadvantage for NIQ employees.
