Delay in Health Insurance Claim Settlement – Need Advice
Hi All,
I submitted my spouse’s health insurance claim under TCS HIS at the end of July, but even after 45+ days the claim is still pending. Each time I follow up, I only get the update that endorsement is pending with the insurer, without any clear settlement date.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? Whom should I reach out to for quicker resolution? Any advice would be appreciated.

My reimbursement of 1.8 lakhs from HIS hospitalization took 6 months to process to get reimbursement inspite of having all documents. There was so much back and forth I lost hope of getting it ever. The customer care people just keep sending mails for submitting same documents even though those documents are already submitted. They keep sending you in endless loop of emails.
