My manager just called me and said that I am on the defaulters list for not going to the office for one and a half months. What is this defaulters list? Are there any consequences?

Did you inform your manager earlier that you weren't going? Consequences: I haven't heard any. but they are now strict regarding atleast 2 days wfo.

What can they do..they don't give you a raise or anything so you have nothing to lose..they can't fire you as they need to headcount...so nothing really
