I joined accenture in June 2023 this June 2025 will be eligible for promotion? My people lead is not replying to anything at all what to do? How to check my eligibility?

Depends on your current career level. By the way People Lead, HRs, PMOs none reply to any chat or email in Accenture. That is an unsaid rule. But when they need something you need to reply on priority.
