I joined Accenture on 5th June 2023 , will I get promoted in June or September cycle, can some one tell me this!! Much appreciated!!

If you are L12 then automatic promotion. If not then you probably have to wait till next cycle

If you were L12 then you would have been automatically promoted in a year. Other positions are not automatic
