MAL may not matter, there is no concept of default in ACN

MAL does not matter. You have to talk to your Manager and he may have to push for your promotion.

No not at all, people fight in those conversations my candidate is great… done this done that bla bla bla… If ur candidate scores much in debate they get it by looking at all parameters. So never think in those lines 😉
