Trending @Accenture; Default promotion for level 12
I joined accenture on 1st dec ,2022 . So when we can except a default promotion and how much % hike we can expect in that. We already got 13.57% hike after completion of 1 year in December cycle.
After completing 2 years you will get promoted.

Idts there is any December promotion cycle so maybe around March.
When you move to sublevel 1 then next year you will get promotion. If you currently serving in Level 12 sub level 2 then it might take 2 year in normal track .. in fast track you might get promotion with 1.5 years .. this is my Guess as per guidelines in Accenture.
What is sub-level 1 ,2 if i m in level 12
You can check in workday what is your sublevel or in latest hike statement in performance portal It's start with 3 then every hike it will get reduced to 2 next 1 , then promotion
We dont have any sub-levels for tech resources, a few people from Dec-22 onboarding will get promoted this mid-year depending upon manager’s feedback.
Please connect with the project lead/manager about your recommendations status for promotion in mid year cycle.
