Trending @Accenture; Default promotion after 2 years completion

Anybody please let me know is there this concept still there in Accenture. If not what's the actual scene, please let me know!

Default promotion is discontinued May 2025 onwards ; you can now be promoted if you have minimum 15 months in ACN and 6 months billability in project

Speak to your leads highlight your work and fight for it , otherwise wait for luck to work

About to complete 2 years next month, nothing default, all depends on slots as per my manager

what about base pay hike and variable pay.. will it be given or postponed to the next cycle??
