Hi , i want to know if we can get default Promotion after 3 years?
I have joined wipro as Project engineer fresher in 2022 may can i get default Promotion from B1 to B2 after completing my 3 years?
Most companies give promotion to the employee after completing 3 years.

If you've joined Wipro through Turbo batch and received 4+ Rating as your confirmatory rating you'll be auto promoted to B2 upon completion of 18 months with Wipro.
This is not correct, it all depends on manager. He can promote in 18 months or 18 years
I was onboarded into Wipro with 200+ Wipro Turbo batch candidates and everyone almost got the same promotion in 18 months. Those who didn't get 4 and above Rating only were debarred from it.
And add to to the rating you need to complete at least one exam in myskillz to be eligible for promotion for every promotion cycle.
U will not get promoted unless you rotate to a higher role and perform better. Wiprobhas introduced role based promotions and there are no nomination based promotion anymore.
