Trending @Accenture; DEFAULT PROMOTION

I joined Accenture on july 6th 2023 with 3.4Lpa . And i received my default hike in December 2024 15%(after 1.5yrs). Post that my inhand salary is 25k. When i will be receiving my default promotion and what will be my inhand after that?? Note : I didn't clear tech leap even though i wrote very well in all my 3 attempts.
