Trending @Accenture; Default mid cycle / PLEASE REPLY TENSED ON THIS !!

I've heard there is a mid cycle in range for L12 to become L11 once they complete 18+ months

I had seen one in the last cycle mid cycle was in September wherein most of my friends became L11 once they completed their 18th month

Now the Question is for the June cycle is it April or March??

Because Dec is almost done I understand few months but I'm not able to concentrate u can understand the kind of thinking during such scenarios when when when ??
