Trending @Accenture; Default Hike is not default for all now???

I joined Accenture in March 2024 as Fresher i.e. CL12, completed 1 year, 3 months in organization and project experience 11 months.

Asked to HR, and got to know due to budget issue, I was not nominated for default hike, some talent acquisition consideration also mentioned for the denial of hike. while my almost 70 batchmates get, eventually 13 same project CL12 colleagues who joined together also getting. A truly heart breaking situation has been raised, the reason is not even in my hand. Whereas, they do not give the default hike based upon performance or course/assessment completions.

Any CL12 person can please confirm, if you're receiving default hike since this cycle or not? So we can have a rough idea.
