I joined Accenture 16 mons back as CL12 with 3.4Lpa . No hikes or promotion till now.. Will i get the DEFAULT HIKE ( 15%) this December. Or it also depends on other factors?.

All of my senior colleagues got 15% as default after completing one year without passing tech leap. Incase if it's 11% that i will get for sure... Or??

Depends upon project but minimum is 11 %
