Hi guys I joined Accenture last year July 2024 when we will be getting the default hike of 11 to 12% ,from which month salary we will be getting it ?

You are same unlucky like me. Just bcz of 1 month u need to wait 6 more months to get hike. For me also I joined in Feb month so I wasn't able to get hike in December cycle and waited till June cycle bcz of those 2 months gap I waited 4 extra months for 1st hike.
