Trending @Accenture; Default hike for a fresher after pip

I was under the PIP program and successfully cleared it. I am a fresher, and my probation period will end in November. Will I still be eligible for the default hike that is usually given after completing one year? If yes, how much hike can I expect?

No you won't get any hike for 1 year if are placed in PIP. So don't expect a hike this November and June

How did you got into PIP even before completing 1 year ? As training and getting into project itself takes about 5-6 months?

I joined accenture on sept 30 2024, got project in may and pip on 9 sept 2025
