Default Health Insurance for C3B

Just a query, I have recently got promoted to C3B and my current health plan was Gold Plus.

If any one who are in C3B grade could tell me is there any upgradation of health insurance?

Actually i wanted to get single sharing for my dependants and i heard in platinum plan they gives that.
