Deductions not reflected in Form 16. Any others facing the same issue?

Hi, as per my salary slab, 30% deductions are reflecting against each of my salary slips so far. But in Form 16, the only deduction which has been called out is a standard 75K... Which is less than 50% of deductions.

Has anyone else noticed this error in Form 16? Have you approached anyone for rectification?
