As per government, PF will be mandatorily deducted from your salary and put it into your EPFO account. Professional Tax - Another gov norm Health Insurance Premium - A company pays it for the associate's health benefits which cannot be excluded.
Start reading your CTC. Ctc means cost to the company and not the payable amount which will be transferred to your account
