Health Insurance Premium got deducted although I have not added any beneficiary. The amount deducted is ₹ 1499. Is there someone who also got this issue?

This is totally pathetic and unacceptable by increasing the premium to 1699 despite no hikes. Is there any way to get the HIS amount back by raising a ticket or something?

Last one month I was busy with the project and didn't even open tcs portal for any other reason except to apply leave. All of sudden in the payroll I see 1500 for health insurance premium.
