Trending @Accenture; Deduction in September salary for wellness leave

Today I received mail for the deduction of salary of September month for 1 day wellness leave I took on August, only for half day I will get paid. But I have 28 days SL then why they are deducting salary.

For Kolkata they have introduced half day pay for sick leave. What kind of policy is this? Instead of deducting sick leave they are deducting salary.

From Sep policy is changed now you can avail a paid sick leave. Earlier in Kolkata till August sick leave means half pay. Do a ppa if possible and put earned or some other leave
