Decision to Resign and upskill
Y.O.E - 11.5 TCS - First company. Will it be a good decision to resign , leave TCS in this layoff crisis and join a startup with just 10,000 remuneration per month, upskill in AI work there for a year and then look again for a MNC?
Genuine advice please.
Don't resign without any job offer letter in this situation if you have financial responsibility. If you don't then you can take a chance. And with your yoe market expects a lot
I would have said yes if your exp was 1.5 and not 11.5. Its too late buddy.
It's cute you think you will have time in startup to work & learn parallelly. Your anxiety & pressure will exponentially increase.
Start doing hands-on your personal setup. Use GPT as your teacher. Trust me I am using GPT premium like crazy and it's helping me.
You have to actively start investing money, time and effort if you are really serious about upskilling.
