Decision Suggestions TCS or current Firm
I received a job offer from TCS, however the salary was nearly the same. They said I already had a better salary for the position they were hiring for when I asked for a 30% raise.
Even TcS isn't giving me an 8% raise. I'm concerned because I haven't been assigned to any projects at my current company for ten months. Should I accept the offer from TCS and quit Deloitte? Or should I hold off until the project?
Stop going to service based companies
In Delloite you are on bench for 10 months!!!...hard to believe that this is the situation in Big4. What is your skill set? And if you think coming to TCS is a better option, get ready to have your variable bonuses deducted every quarter. This quarter its bad for most of the senior employess with some not even receiving any bonus at all
My skill set is RPA - Blueprism & Power platform - power apps, power automate and Power bi.
I got location as Adibatla in Hyd which is very far from my place. Just thinking for asking near by location. If they give me I m planning to come. Else I will stay back and look for other opportunities.
Also, I have location constraints with TCS. Hence couldn’t able to decide
