Deciding between 3 offers

Hi All, I'm currently deciding between 3 offers and would love some advice:

Ericsson (Direct) – 16L Fixed + 80K–160K Variable | Automation Role | Great benefits but no Spring Boot + Microservices
GlobalLogic (Project: Ericsson) – 16L Fixed | Java, Spring Boot, Microservices | Limited benefits
Capgemini – 14.5L Fixed (Negotiating 17+) | Java role pending project confirmation

I'm aiming for strong backend roles in Java + Spring Boot + Microservices and scalable system.
