Debating overrated SAAS

I've been seeing a lot of SaaS stuff on my Twitter feed lately. Do you think any SaaS products are overrated?

I'll start. I think shipfa.st is overrated, especially since it's making $123k/month. Why pay so much for a boilerplate?and also there are many oss alternatives
