Just like you're closely watching the uncertainties in the business, we the ones who’ve given our best to this place are watching too. We're seeing the policies being rolled out, the way management speaks so shamelessly in open forums, and so much more.
We may not have the power right now, but don't forget we’ll choose what’s right for us too, when the time comes.
And when that moment comes, you might not hear a loud noise, but the silence will speak volumes.
Who cares, all these will retire in couple of years with hefty bank balance, all oldies are ruling tcs only thinking about own growth, no strategic thought at all,
You have given too much respect to those who do not deserve it. They did not digest Dear.....

Already tcs don’t have good name but still people need job so joining in tcs. As per my opinion, higher management don’t know silly things whatever happening in internally because their job role different so they don’t care about other things and all. RMG and HR only issue here. Every thing happening because of these people only. Tcs have one big issue . These people thinks they only management so every body taking own decisions on employees. So they are not monitoring these people like leads , manager, RMG , hr etc. tcs is one time jail. So people once joined then only they will come to know.
