Why the fuck do you want people to rate your pay?
What useless validation are you seeking from strangers?
How can even trust that these validations that you're begging for, reflect the actual nature of the job market w.r.t your YoE, your domain, your position ?

Instead, go hangout with family and friends. Go watch that movie. Workout, exercise and develop a better physical and mental health. Go eat that delicious food.

Validation seeking posts (Rate my salary) basically reflects lack of confidence in one-self

show off nature growing in current employees.

I never did it, but I won't mind it, this is something you cannot share with anyone irl, so this pseudo-anon platform becomes an outlet to do so and flex.
