Dear friends. How is the job market now? Not getting any calls dye to 90 days notice period

Market is always good for talented people.

Don’t mention 90 days as notice. Say 30 days negotiating.

Its bad, the HRs have gone mad. They want a guy with high skill and low salary to join in 1 month or 15 days. They want u to be serving notice period, have an offer but ask low salary and be skilled at the same time. I don’t know who hires these clueless HRs . Why would an immediate joinee with an offer come to you at low salary. The point is they are looking to exploit a guy who has been fired at this time where jobs are less so that he fulfills or their requirements.
